Guest speaker Dr Nicole Starling, is a lecturer at Mary Andrews College and will speak to us on the topic of ‘Hope in an Anxious Age’. Nicole is passionate about making connections between theology, Christian history, the Bible, and everyday lives.
It will be a wonderful time of sitting under God’s word together. There will be opportunities for group discussion, to ask questions, and a time for fellowship and connecting with each other over morning tea and lunch.

Meet our Speaker:
Dave Jensen works as a pastor at Menai Anglican Church and is also the Assistant Director of Evangelism and New Churches, which seeks to partner with churches in Sydney and beyond to see the lost find life and hope in Jesus. He has developed the 'Discovering Jesus' evangelistic course, authored the short book 'What is a Christian?', and can be heard on the 'Fire up!' and 'What is a Christian?' podcasts. These resources designed to help non-Christian people understand the truth about Jesus. Prior to working in ministry, Dave was an Infantry officer in the Australian Army, where someone told him the truth about Jesus and he became a Christian in his late twenties. Dave loves rugby league and cricket but loves his wife Sammy and their 4 young sons even more.
